| Anthropology majors study the differences among various groups of people and how this has happened over time. These anthropology students look to ancient cultures to see how they lived in their respective environments and compare that to they way people live today. Some skills that are useful for anthropology majors include researching, writing, and a keen, observing nature. Some courses that students may start out with in anthropology include basic physical anthropology classes. Here, students study how people and primates have evolved over the years, while also examining some artifacts. Many of these science courses involve in-class labs, as well as regular reading and writing assignments. |
